Honoring everything that makes you who you are.

Providing therapy for individuals, partners, and families looking to integrate and heal from trauma, explore the strengths of neurodiversity, and find authenticity in their sexuality.

“As I bite into the banana bread, I realize if all around me is the evidence of what happens without my asking, doesn’t that mean that there’s possibility for more? A more trusting love where I could let myself ask for things, let myself be vulnerable and imperfect and even dispensable? A more magnanimous, forgiving kind of love where sometimes people give me what I ask for and sometimes they don’t and it’s okay? Where it’s okay to be disappointed and it’s okay to be disappointing—where we can love each other and ourselves regardless?”

About Me

My orientation to therapy is anti-oppressive. You already have within you a wealth of knowledge on your experiences and needs. My role is to walk alongside you, offering compassionate support through a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and psychodynamic lens. I will be fully present with you as you learn to hold your feelings, navigate unresolved or recurring conflicts, and build a stronger foundation for your well-being. Much of what our work will look like is up to you. We will set goals together, exploring both what weighs on you and what brings you joy, and as a team, we will watch together for what emerges.

The work of therapy also happens outside the clinical hour, so my focus is on you as a whole person. I am especially sensitive to issues around intersectional identity, and so my clinical practice is body- and sexuality-positive, both polyamory- and kink-affirming.
